Flying Information
Nashville International Airport (Airport Code: BNA) is the official arrival/departure airport for our 2024 event program. Gradient Summit group travel dates are Jan. 16-19, 2024.
Please note that not all airports will offer direct flights to Nashville International Airport.
If you are flying to the event, you will receive an email with proposed flights within three to five business days from our air reservation team after you have registered. Note: Those who are pre- and/or post-extending at the group hotel will not receive proposed flights until rooms have been confirmed.
If Gradient Event Headquarters provided your airline arrangements, your flight reservation was sent to you via email. Any changes to your reservation (time, date or cancellations) must be made prior to the original departure dates in order to retain the value of your ticket. Voluntary changes will incur additional fees; these additional charges will be your responsibility.
Frequent Flyer
If you provided your frequent flyer information to Gradient Event Headquarters, we have entered it into your reservations. Make sure to keep your boarding pass in case of mileage discrepancies.
Seat Assignments
Seat assignments have been requested per your registration. If seat assignments are not indicated on your flight itinerary, they were unable to be assigned due to airline availability. Make sure to check in early at the airport to secure the best seats.
Airport Check-In
At the checkpoint, passengers aged 18 and over should be prepared to present one form of government-issued photo identification (e.g., valid passport, valid driver’s license, military ID, etc.), or two forms of non-photo identification, one of which must have been issued by a state or federal agency (e.g., U.S. Social Security card) in order to expeditiously pass through the security checkpoint.
We recommend you arrive at the airport at least 2-3 hours prior to your flight departure time. You must check in a minimum of 90 minutes prior to departure and must be at the gate a minimum of 45 minutes prior to departure. Your luggage may not be accepted for check-in, or you may be denied boarding if you do not comply with these requirements.
Each airline has specific check-in and boarding requirements, and those requirements sometimes vary by city. We suggest that you confirm your check-in time directly with the airline before leaving home. Make sure to allow enough time to clear security. Airlines sometimes change the type of aircraft shortly before departure. This can result in new seat assignments. We are not able to predict or prevent this.
